Order

You can order from Bubamboo in 2 ways.

1.Place your order securely online by adding to your shopping basket and going to checkout to confirm and make payment.

2.Via telephone. Call our order line +44 (0)1598 740 120 and place your order. During busy times leave a message and we will get back to you. Lines open daily 9 am to 5pm.

Delivery

Delivery is free for orders in the UK and sent standard class, your goods will be with you in 2-3 days.

If you require 1st class for next day delivery we will need to receive your order by 3pm. There is an additional charge of 5% of the order value for 1st class delivery, please state that you require this service when placing you order or contact us.

We do ship internationally and will advise of cost before taking payment and shipping. Any queries about this please contact us at info@bubamboo.co.uk .

You will be notified if we cannot ship an item to you for next day delivery, this could be in the rare case that a line becomes out of stock. We do not take payment for any goods unless they are in stock. If we hold an order for you, payment will only be taken when we are able to ship the goods.

 Payment

We take all major credit and debit cards through secure payment with RSB Worldpay and Mals E-commerce.

We can take payment by cheque made payable to Bubamboo, goods will only be shipped once payment is cleared.If you wish to pay this way give us a call on +44 (0)1598 740 120  or contact us via info@bubamboo.co.uk.

If it makes you feel better we can also take your card payment details over the phone. Please call +44 (0)1598 740 120.

 Returns

If you need to change an item because of size or colour then please contact us via info@bubamboo.co.uk or give us a call on the number above. Please let us know within 10 days of receiving the goods, we will arrange an exchange (except for underwear) once you have returned the goods. If we can't exchange then we will of course refund in full. We pay for postage costs involved.

If you receive faulty goods we will arrange for the goods to be sent back at our cost and you can exchange or have a full refund if you wish. Again, contact us via info@bubamboo.co.uk or call the number above.Please notify us of this within 10 days of receiving the goods.
